Applying for a car loan with Inbank is convenient and easy. First, visit your chosen dealer to agree on the specific loan conditions and fill out the application. During the loan application process, we'll ask you for just a couple of personal and financial details to assess your creditworthiness.

As we need to assess your creditworthiness, we may ask you to submit a bank account statement for the last 3 months. This can be easily done using secure-integrated form in the application, where you give your consent to the submission of the account statement. Or you can also add it as an attachment in pdf format including all incoming and outgoing payments during application process or you can send it in pdf format to vypisy@inbank.cz.

Car financing is a type of financing specially designed to support a purchase of a new vehicle. Inbank doesn't require any collateral or insurance, you can ask for the loan at one of our partner's showrooms. The loan can also be used for a purchase of a new tires or GPS navigation.

We understand that life brings unpleasant situations and we are here to find solutions together with you. In order to find a solution, we need to know more about your financial situation as soon as possible. The solution may be to defer payments, change the due date or reduce your monthly payment by extending the term. Please contact us as soon as possible. Please also prepare:

  • a summary of your income and expenses,
  • and think about how you plan to tackle your financial situation.

Anyone who is 18 years of age, a natural person - not a businessman (you can be a businessman on an IČO, but we will lend you the loan itself only for private purposes) and has Czech citizenship or permanent residence in the Czech Republic and his legal capacity was not limited by court. You must, of course, still meet the conditions of our internal credit decisioning, i.e. you must not be subject to enforcement or insolvency proceedings and there must be no other doubts about your creditworthiness that we are obliged to check. Yes, you can change your monthly payment date. Email us at info@inbank.cz or call our client line at 226 288 988. We are here for you every business day from 08:00 to 22:00.

If you have other contact details (for example, email or telephone), you can change them yourself after logging into Inbank internet banking. If you change your permanent address or surname, please write to us at info@inbank.cz with a copy of the identity document proving the change. If your identity document has changed, please send us a copy of your new identity document by email to info@inbank.cz.

Yes. You can send an extra payment same as your regular monthly instalment with the same reference number. This will help up to allocate the instalment correctly. Please contact us before you send an extra payment. We will arrange to sign an amendment to your existing contract. You can sign the amendment quickly and conveniently in your Inbank online banking.

If you are unable to log in to your Inbank internet banking, please request a password to be sent to you again. Wait for the link to arrive in your email and set your password again. If you are still unable to do so, please contact our customer service line at 226 288 988 or email us at info@inbank.cz. We will be happy to assist you with activating internet banking.

If you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement with Inbank, you must send us a written withdrawal in which you clearly state your intention to withdraw and specify the agreement you are withdrawing from. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service line at 226 288 988 or send us an e-mail to info@inbank.cz. We will be happy to help.

After signing the credit contract, we will send you the money within 1 business day to the account you used to verify your identity.

If you suspect that your personal or login details have been misused or you have received suspicious emails, SMS or phone calls, please contact us immediately by calling +420 226 288 988 or by emailing info@inbank.cz. Report the fraud to the police. This will protect not only yourself but also others from scammers.
