  3. Add your rental product or multiple to the shopping cart, enter your contact details, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and begin the rental service by paying the first month’s rental fee.
  4. You can pick up your rental from the store.
  5. At the end of the rental period, you can decide whether to exchange your rental for a new model or simply return it.

A Czech citizen or a resident at least 18 years of age. In the case of a residence permit, the permit must be valid for the entire rental period.

You can rent various products, such as phones, tablets, computers, and other tech, as well as home appliances and other equipment.

No, it is not a credit product, but a rental service that allows you to use the rental device during an agreed time for a monthly service fee.

You can decide on a suitable monthly fee by choosing the rental product, suitable services and accessories, and period that fit your needs. There are no hidden fees or additional costs.

The first payment is made when signing up for the rental service. After that, we’ll send you a payment link by e-mail each month 5 days before the payment date.

Depending on the rental product, you can choose a rental plan that also includes insurance. In that case, the insurance covers theft and all damage that renders the rental product unusable. However, cosmetic damage is not covered by insurance. You don’t need to sign a separate insurance policy. You can find more information in the Device insurance leaflet. Please note that in the case of insurance coverage, a deductible will apply.

Take care of the rental as if it were your own. In case of major damage or problems with your device, contact our authorized service partner, and follow the steps in the Rental device repair instructions. If your chosen rental package includes insurance, after receiving the calculations for the repair cost, contact Inbank Rent and forward the cost estimate along with the description of what, when, where, and how happened. Inbank Rent will then file an insurance claim on your behalf. We’ll notify you and the repair partner of whether the insurance company will cover the repair cost of your rental. Please note that if insurance applies, you’ll be required to pay a deductible according to the Insurance Terms and Conditions.

If the rental product is stolen, you should notify the police and send the police report to Inbank Rent AS as soon as possible together with a description of what, where, and how happened. If your rental plan includes insurance, Inbank will file a loss notice to the insurance company. Once the insurance company confirms that they will compensate for the stolen product, you’ll be required to pay a deductible payment according to the insurance terms and conditions. If your rental plan doesn’t include insurance, you’ll be required to compensate for the loss of the rental product to Inbank Rent AS as stated in the Terms and Conditions. After that, we’ll close the rental agreement and you can sign up for a new rental plan.

If you lose your rental device, you should notify Inbank Rent s.r.o. as soon as possible. You will be required to pay compensation to Inbank Rent s.r.o. for the loss of the device in accordance with the Terms of Use.

We’ll send detailed information to your e-mail after your last rental payment. Please return your rental product to the store you initially rented it from. We hope you enjoyed using your rental and held it with care. We expect that, other than normal wear and tear, you will return the rental in the same condition in which you received it. The rental must be returned in the same complete set, including all accessories and other improvements supplied or installed (for example, chargers, cables, adapters that were included in the rental plan with the rental product).

When returning your rental product, make sure you have logged out of any linked accounts, removed any password controls and restored your rental to original manufacturer settings, and cleared it of any data. To learn more, take a look at the Rental Return Conditions.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree to the minimum rental period, which cannot be changed. However, it is possible to extend the rental period if, for example, you are waiting for a new model of your rental. In that case, the monthly rental fee will remain the same.

Yes, to end your rental agreement before the full term, you need to return your rental product and pay the fee for early termination according to our price list.

You can pick up your rental from the store or choose from the delivery options provided by the merchant.

If the device does not suit you, you can return it in its original and undamaged packaging within 14 days to the store where you chose the device. However, you are responsible for all costs associated with the return of the rental device, which may also result from the costs required from Inbank Rent s.r.o. by third parties (i.e. the merchants from whom you selected the equipment, entities providing professional service, repair and maintenance) and such costs may result from the terms and conditions of these third parties.

Once your rental service is active and the rental product is handed over to you (you have picked it up from the store or it’s sent out to the parcel machine) you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the contact details of Inbank Rent s.r.o.
