Yes, you can change the date of monthly payment. To apply for these changes, an email shall be sent at info@inbank.cz, indicating your personal data, agreement number and changes you wish to make, or give us a call to our Customer service line +420 226 288 988.

If your contact details, such as your email, telephone number or contact address, have changed, you can change them by logging in to the self-service. If your name and/or surname changes - write to us at info@inbank.cz, attaching a scan of your ID card showing the change.

If scammers used your data, report it to the police immediately and contact us by phone +420 226 288 988 or via e-mail at info@inbank.cz.

You can repay your loan at any time during the term of the loan. Contact us and we will provide a full repayment instruction with the payment details. To issue an instruction, we will need to know the date of when you wish to repay the loan. The instruction is not binding, so if you change your mind about paying off, you can continue with your current payment schedule without a change.

Yes. You can send an extra payment same as your regular monthly instalment with the same reference number. This will help up to allocate the instalment correctly. Please contact us before you send an extra payment. We will arrange to sign an amendment to your existing contract. You can sign the amendment quickly and conveniently in your Inbank online banking.
